I’m Reynold Wu, an AI product leader, founder, investor and builder.

Over the past 12+ years, I’ve worked across hardware, software, AI, AR and product management. At Google, I led product work on Gemini-powered Gmail experiences. Earlier, I led U.S. product, marketing and business operations at Rokid, helping bring AI assistants and AR smart glasses to market.

Today I’m building UserApproved.ai, which uses multi-agent user simulation and AI agents to help ecommerce teams understand customer behavior and turn insights into action. I also invest in and advise technology startups, including Anthropic and Databricks, and have guest lectured at Berkeley, NYU and Carnegie Mellon.

I write to make complex ideas useful: how AI agents move from chat to action, how simulated users can improve product decisions, how founders can prototype faster, and how technology can create more room for human presence.
